Courtney Frederick- Owner/Director As of March 1, 2003, Courtney is now the owner of DSD Dance Attack. She has worked at the studio for the last 4 years and has taken the responsibility or running it as well. Courtney is fresh off the competition curcuit and is bring new ideas into the studio! She is working with our compeition groups to prep them for competition! She has experience in performing as well as compeition. She has several years dance experience in all styles of dance with Modern and Tap being her strong points!
OUR STAFF
Dawna L. Rouette-Assistant, has her Masters Degree in Dance, Theatrical Arts and Music through Dance Educators of America in New York. She is a member of DEA as well as the Continuing Education Program at Western Kentucky University. Dawna has been teaching in the area for 20 years and opened her own studio 17 years ago. Since then, she has had many dancers go on into the dance field from opening there own studios to dancing professionally. Dawna is very proud of her dancers and thier accomplishments! Although Dawna is no longer the owner of the studio(for personal reasons), she plans on remaining on staff and working along Courtney to make sure the transition goes smoothly.
Tony Slozak- Assistant Teacher, has been with our studio for the last 6 years. His specialty is Acrobatics and Adagio. Tony started Acrobatics in our studio 7 years ago and is a great asset. He was a past member of Dance Masters of America and danced for many many years before coming to our studio.
Miss Heather is new to our teaching stafff for our 2002-2003 dance season! She comes to us from "Toe to Toe" dance studio where she was an instructor. We feel that Miss Heather will be a great asset to our teaching staff!
